Its very helpful that you have uploaded ,this stamp duty and registration chart of sub-registrar ,goa.
If you could also eluicidate further on each of these points like when does a person go for each of these options and for what reasons ,it would more helpful to a lot of people.
As there is always a confusion on these options and since various builders give various reasons for choosing the above mentioned options specially the with possession and without possession options are not clear.
Some builders who have completed construction and got OC are still giving out ATS without possession with only Rs.500 registration & 2.9% stamp duty and within 15 days of payment the possession as well.Then why do they not go for ATS with possession option & take full registration charges as per market value?? and if ATS with possession is chosen by customer,they say if you go for this option you end up paying more 1.5% at time of conveyance ..
So,it would helpful Sir,if you could write some more on these points from your experience .
